Megan and Kevin at Morgatwell were absolutely fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to find us great rates and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Where do I start - this team is great. Purchased two properties with Kevin and Megan in 2024 and they were there from start to finish, making sure I was kept informed and educated about the local market along the way. From the beginning Kevin was very communicative and worked with my schedule to book showings. On top of this, having someone who is a realtor and a mortgage broker saves a ton of back and forth communication compared to using two separate offices. Megan provided all the necessary paperwork, and ensured a smooth purchase transaction in dealing with the lawyers. Cannot recommend them enough, looking forward to future transactions together.
