This location is my favorite in the city for several reasons one reason, the Bandstand and Park. they have movies on a scroll down projector screen. live music. art driven Community things, even in the winter. like the doors with lights behind them and so on. my favorite art store, "Mona Lisa" just at the end of the Park. Patio restaurants. the best Shoppers in the city with the most hospitable staff who know me by name! and that's just to name a few the other Corners have Best Buy Canadian Tire the bridal shop there's just no end to the diversity in this block truly a Wonder to behold and it's on the red mile

Great building style with several great amenities bit the Star of the Show are the Shoppers Drug Mart and now the brand-new Subway!

I just wish the Subway was open a little later as it closes before 9 PM and getting a bite to eat their, particularly because of Covid 19 requires you to be there before 8:30 or to call ahead, usually well in advance.

Hopefully that Subway will extend their hours soon.

Do expect to pay for parking here. The gigantic wall of snow left behind along 17ave & 7 street can make for a tricky climb, hop and silly walks toward the building. Nice modern exterior design reflected of Mount Royal just South.

It's over crowded, no parking available. Witnessed a douchy anti masker. I love Pacific Poke but avoid coming because of the entittled folks.

Nice places to shop.... The church street people are so annoying though. Go away nobody cares.
