When I arrived, I approached a teller who could not resolve my problem and refused to assign me a manager despite my claims to have emailed him. Although frustrated, I finally got assistance from Jamel. He provided exceptional customer service, addressing my concerns and ensuring that I left satisfied. The new location not only came with an amazing renovation but extremely helpful and efficient staff! Had an inquiry that required me to come in and was helped by Mrs. Braswell almost immediately. Wait time is very short and she helped me finalize my application and gave some very helpful tips, looking forward to continue banking at this location!

Happy to see MCU making changes to make our banking experience better. I was pleased to know they had a new more up to date location. Very clean modernized design. I was in need of a new atm card.

The staff even seemed to be more inviting. Fingers crossed that they keep this same momentum and update other locations. Lastly the I was super happy to see they did away with the whole take a ticket routine. They now use iPads to take your information upon arrival ?

I forgot to mention I was even given one of the new MCU tap and go cards.? totally new look to the card.

Two week ago, a gentlemen by the name of Christian Lopez helped me to get a personal loan from MCU. He was really super nice and helpful and also helped me get the paperwork straightened out and was honest with me. I had also met him previously late last month on Saturday at the 86 chambers location. Thanks, Christian! You were wonderful.

I was served by a wonderful service representative Shania brown last week at the Tribeca Branch. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It made the wait time actually worth it. I do not normally go online to write reviews however I need it to be known how good she is.

This location is much livelier and brighter than the kn one kn Lafayette. Shania Brown was my member rep and she was so informative, attentive, knowledgeable and just all around pleasant to work with. They need more reps like her, I was having a sort of gloomy day and she quickly turned that around for me with her warm smile and Hospitality.. and NO, I am not a family member of hers. I hive credit and flowers when due.

To whom it may concern,
I commend Mr. Jamel for his professionalism, enthusiasm and patience. I could not locate my Debit card this morning. Upon explaining Mr. Jamel my dilemma, he immediately reassured me that it would not be a problem issuing me a new card. Throughout the process, he was very cordial and understanding. Often customers share their experiences regarding MCU with a negative connotation. This was not my experience with Mr. Jamel. I received outstanding customer service and wish him continued success. Hope that MCU will acknowledge him and share with his colleagues.
