The team was very organized, and helpful at sorting what renovations were priorities to fix before selling our old Victorian house. She helped us understand which renovations would enhance the sale value and make the property desirable for buyers, and which renovations could wait until after the sale. The team thought of little details that I wouldn't have thought of, and were consistently operating with our best interest in mind, even down to the little things like notes in the house during renovations to remember to close windows and turn down the air conditioning. My partner and I are first-time home buyers and had only a novice understanding of the home-buying process. We have previously worked with many realtors for renting, but all of them seemed novices themselves, and we never felt 100% transparency (this is incredibly important to us).

From our very first call with Trish, we felt at ease. Firstly, she was very professional and honest. She shared with us what we could expect from her, what she'd expect from us, and what the entire house search process would look like, top to bottom. There was no ambiguity from the very beginning.

Our first outing together reinforced our feelings. Kevin (her business partner) and Trish walked us through 3 different houses to inform the house search and whether or not we'd be a good fit for each other. During that initial outing, they showed us everything we needed to be looking for structurally, and what kind of renovations we could do to increase the value of the house (including estimated costs - Trish was a contractor well before she was a realtor!).

From then on out, when we wanted to see a house, they were incredibly responsive. If we sent Trish or Kevin a text, we would hear back within a couple of hours (often right away). They always felt like they were just a phone call away and they always matched our sense of urgency.

When we bid on a house (we had two that were unsuccessful), they respected our budget and shared their honest opinions of the house; it always felt like a team effort/partnership.

The house we finally purchased was $30K under the asking price, and full credit goes to Trish. She was amazing. She truly fought for us every step of the way. She has also put in touch with fantastic service providers, including lawyers, mortgage brokers, and contractors.
