I brought in Joe to help sell my building because of his reputation for selling apartment buildings. I am a realtor myself but still thought it best to bring in someone who specializes in apartment buildings. Joe's creativity on how to go to market and his ability to solve problems on the fly, I would say exceeded my expectations of what type of service Joe would deliver for me and my partners. If your considering selling your building and you don't use Joe Mysak to go to market, "your leaving money on the table".
