I have a great experience with MyVic Property. The always make sure that the tenants are comfortable and safe, they maintain the cleanliness of the building, their rent rates are reasonable. I would like to specifically mention Angelica Celedonio who is really trustworthy and hardworking, she responds to my concerns on time and she does her best to solve any tenant issues. I would highly recommend this property.

Great company and management team. Kevin, the landlord, was very helpful throughout my stay.

I recently had to move to a different city on short notice, and I couldn't have done it without Kevin's help. From the moment I informed him about the situation, he was extremely responsive and helpful. He made my move much smoother and less stressful. Kudos to you if you have Kevin as your landlord.

Please don't rent with this company if you have a choice. They are completely unresponsive and will blatantly ignore you if you try to inform them of ANY issues in your home, and will never take action to address any concerns. They assigned us a building manager named Kingsley who completely ignores us when we tell him that there are leaks in our roof and cockroaches in our home. He is extremely rude and unprofessional, sends maintenance people with absolutely no notice whatsoever, and never answers his phone. Right now under this company, we are dealing with a cockroach infestation, a silverfish infestation, clogged sink and leaks in our ceiling - NONE of which have been addressed. If you want a chance at having a decent home, stay far away from this company.

Update: Our building manager has changed but nothing is better. People are still seeing roaches in the halls, the dryer on the first floor is now broken and management refuses to contact the dryer company to address this issue. The company has also repeatedly attempted to raise the rent of tenants by hundreds of dollars FAR before the end of their leases, which is very illegal. The lock on the front door of the building is also broken and not being fixed which allows homeless people into the building as they please. Our home is now a nightmare.

I have been a tenant with MyVic Property Management since September 2023 and I decided to continue being with them. I am highly satisfied with their excellent services and I am very happy that I will be with them for another year. My favorite team member in MyVic Property Management is definitely Angelica! Angelica is a very professional and nice person who has been always available in case of any emergencies or any questions I had or help I needed!

These 5 Stars is "only for Cody" from the MyVic maintenance team. He helped fix the door strip quite professional and within stipulated time. He went above and beyond to fix another strip at the bathroom door quite effiecintly and quickly.

He deserves a praise and raise for all his good works! Kudos to him!

I have tried to view apartments, with no success at all. They use rentfaster.ca and it's never updated and totally waste a person's time. There website is also not updated. Trying to setup a viewing is futile and frustrating. Referred me to Kevin and he's non existent. Confirmed a viewing today at 10:27 via text reply, only to have it canceled 3 hrs later. Call the office and seem to get nowhere. By the reviews I've read I'm understanding that the one star reviews have validity. It's quite obvious that they need to do some updating to make better viewing accommodations for potential tenants or at least reply in a timely manor. People have jobs and to take time off to view a maybe showing is costly to us, no matter how much a person makes. This is a direct reflection of how a person will be treated once a person moves in. If they don't have the dedication to be there for you when it's scheduled for viewing then GOD forbid how it's going to be like to actually live at one of the complexes they list. Confirmations are a nightmare and to try communicate with Kevin is non-existent. They need to update websites they use and update the way they setup viewings. Maybe a change in staff would be a start. Upper management/owner of MyVic may need to seriously look into this matter because talking to the receptionist has fallen on deaf ears. I'm now out of $500 for missing one day's wage loss, who will ever recoupe that loss. I truly don't think MyVic Properties really cares at this point. There are much better management places to invest ones hard earned money into than being lead along in vain. Truly a disappointment and a loss for MyVic to have longterm responsible tenants there for them.

Renting with MyVic has been a pleasure! I have been a tenant for a little longer than a year and never had a problem. Angelica was responsive and professional. Technical issues in the building were reported on time and fixed within hours. Thank you for everything 🙂

Lived with my vic for 4 years now amazing landlords super fast on any maintenance requests and very friendly our building (Grant manor) is always kept up with maintenance and cleanliness wise 🙂 10/10 recommend
