Zero Stars – Worst Property Management Company Ever!

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. The service they provide is nonexistent. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve heard nothing back. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to deal with a property management company that completely ignores their tenants.

Whether you’re looking to address maintenance issues, ask a question, or get any kind of assistance, don’t expect a response. They’re simply not interested in doing their job or providing basic customer service. I’m beyond disappointed and honestly regret having to work with them. I would strongly advise anyone looking for property management services to look elsewhere—this company will only leave you hanging.

Just moved into our new apartment managed by NAI. Communicating with them has been super easy and they've been extremely patient with this being my first experience with a strata company. Vienna's admin work was efficient and clear, Brenda's been so helpful as our building manager, and Kyla at the front has made this all so fun!

You rarely hear of great management companies, but this is the worst I’ve ever come across. I’m the President of a strata they manage and they have been ignoring me for months.

We had a decent building manager for a while, but when she retired we were given a building manager who did absolutely nothing and now she’s retired and we’ve spent months without any building manager.

Our building is structurally unsound, it’s infested with bed bugs, residents are losing their minds, NAI Goddard & Smith is failing to meet even the most basic requirements of their contract, and the managing broker they list on their website left the company 6 months ago.

If you care at all about your building and the people living in it, don’t go anywhere near this company. You’ve been warned.

Very disappointed with this company's professionalism and ethics. Our most recent strata manager Bill was a ghost and did not provide us with any services. We are also having great issues getting access to our finances and our money. Worst strata management business I have ever had. Look elsewhere! I am a strata council member.

Anthony Marcus is the worst, most unprofessional, incapable property agent you can have in your building, never respond to emails and continuously fails to comply with bylaws in the building while failing to advise the strata councils on the right way of doing things. Never fall in to the trap of having these people as your property agents as nobody is interested in responding nor attending to owners matters. These unprofessional property agents will bring your building down with unnecessary expenses, stress, and waste funds in your strata's (owners money) and eventually leave for owners to figure out. I hope there's continuous and rigorous evaluation against people like Anthony Marcus and take action to hold accountable for such negligence and incompetence in the jobs that he is doing. No email gets responded for months even from the management of this company including Melissa Plautz, Operations Manager. and sadly the owners are left behind without answers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company only collects a pay cheque and will do nothing for your building. They do not respond to the caretakers, fire department (re inspections), anyone on strata or anyone in general. It is a concern as to what they are actually doing with the money they receive. This company should be investigated. They are unprofessional and grossly negligent.
