Michael Peterson went above and beyond to help me get my first home. Since the beginning of the process, not one question was left unanswered. He always seemed to be available even during certain evenings. This increased our probability of securing the property we wanted while also giving the sellers more time to discuss on their end early the next day. This saved me plenty of time as I also had to work with the city to obtain drawings and a permit while still in the process of purchasing the property.
