Great house, great location, great landlady. Patricia is very thoughtful and responsive to any concerns that arise. It's a perfect place for VIU students, being within walking distance of the school and a ton of essential shopping!

My time at 652 Lambert was nothing short of amazing. The house is in an amazing location with an awesome back yard. The rent is very reasonable with a desirable layout/ furnishings. The cleaners/ landscaper are amazing people too. This has provided me with an opportunity to meet others who are now close friends of mine beyond our tenancy. Above all else, Patricia is by far the best landlord I have had. She is amazing at communicating, she is understanding (especially when covid affected everything.) I consider myself very lucky to have lived here and provided it is a good fit and you would be a respectful tenant, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Love everything about this place perfect for a student. I ended up doing 3/4 of my degree while living at Lambert and it was hard to leave. For the price of rent, location and other amenities I don't think you could better student driven housing in Nanaimo. Patricia is a fantastic landlord and truly cares about her tenants which is rare. Property maintenance/cleaning staff Richard and Jane are also incredible people. Felt like a family.

This is undoubtedly a great place for a student to live. The rent includes utilities, internet and even house cleaning twice a month! The location is also very convenient since the university, grocery stores and Colliery Dam Park are all within walking distance. Patricia is a fantastic landlord too who is very understanding and makes sure any issues you face while living here are addressed immediately. Would definitely recommend living here.

Highly recommend this student housing for anyone attending VIU. The location is prime and the pricing is competitive. It has all amenities that you would need. I made some good friends while living at Lambert. The landlady is super nice, professional and flexible. The landlady is very responsive if you have questions. 🙂

The location of this house is 15-minute walking from the Vancouver Island University, very convenient. The conditions of the house are well, and there are all the applications and furniture necessary for live. Moreover, you will get a free Netflix account if you become a tenant. Apart from all these amazing aspect, the most wonderful thing of this house is the landlady.

The Landlady is the most responsible and friendly landlady I have ever seen. She shows the attitude that she really cares about the tenant. Whenever there was a need to repair or purchase a new necessary electrical application, she never say no and alway respond promptly. Moreover, she pays for the cabinet cleaning yearly and common area cleaning biweekly. She was my first landlady in Canada, so in the beginning I really thought that all landlords/landladies were like this until I got my second, third…landlord/landlady, then I realized that this landlady is the best of the best. I was so lucky to met her and spent my whole university life in her house.

Lived here 4 or 5 years ago. It was a good inexpensive option near the university for someone attending courses there. I'd recommend it, but like any place with multiple people living in a house, make sure you know who you'll be living with to avoid any unfortunate circumstances. As for the owner, she's great! Very responsive and respectful!
