Nancy and Rick sold my mother’s house less than 24 hours after it was listed! We were so very impressed with the tremendous amount of time they invested into preparations for the listing, which included a detailed introduction presentation and extensive analysis of other recently sold houses in the area in determining the sale price. We also appreciated their list of business connections, some of which we used in quickly preparing for the sale of the house. Before we knew it, final preparations had begun with their stager, housekeeper and photographer/videographer (with a drone), all seamlessly organized. We loved their video and online presentation of the home. Nancy and Rick went above and beyond in the attention they gave my mom with excellent communication throughout.
