Took my truck in to get tires put on and an inspection on December 12 2024 then I decided to crawl under my truck to take a look at what the wrote on the inspection to order parts and found found my transferase fill plug was gone from my truck. leaking all of the oil out of it. Not to impressed will not be bring any of my trucks back there

The worst auto repair work I have had done in my life !!!!!!!
I have know Jeff as he was a GM Tech .
I took my 92 Chevy truck in for a new GM crate engine to be installed , tie rods , rear u-joint , the removal of the transmission and a new torque converter and I did have them change the intake manifold because it would not run for them . (See why below )
After 3 months ( 2 months to install the block ) of waiting for my truck to be done things turned sour, they just couldn't get the motor running !
Plus after I got my truck back I found out they burnt up my transmission that was a fresh rebuild ( I watched it burn up in Jeftec`s shop , tones of white smoke coming from the dipstick tube as they put it into gear with not enough fluid and revved it up and truck did not go into gear this was repeated ! , pictures coming) , never refilled my power steering pump ( It burnt it up on the highway , pictured ) , never hook my 4X4 linkage back up ( I found that one out in a bad spot , pictured) , installed bolts into the aluminum head that were the wrong thread pitch and stripped the bolt ( picture shown )
and there just so much more ... you get the picture .
I was told it was a computer issue and it had to be towed to another shop paid by me .
The other shop told me the timing was not installed correctly and one fuel injector was leaking bad ! ( See picture) They got it running in 1 hour !( receipts to prove this facts ) I lost pile of cash towing it there !!!
They just gave up on it !

At the end I asked Jeff to sit down and talk over a coffee , about all of what happened then Jeff the owner replied NO ! I was shocked !!!!
He told me a few thing and kicked me out of his shop ! I asked are you sure about this ? He told me ( TO GET THE OUT OF MY SHOP !!! )
I think Jeftec should listening to his customers and there concerns a little more .

So in short avoid Jeftec at all costs , it will save you money !

The owner and I are meeting next week ( Hopeful ) , keep you posted . Meeting on Thursday June 22 2017 .

June 21 2017 This is a joke , they just canceled our appointment and told me they are not going to do anything ! This was over the phone .

My opinion of this business stands ! Just as bad as 2 years ago!

I trust Jefftec with all my automotive needs. I have an older truck nearing 400,000km so it needs to visit them a little more often now, but I have never been disappointed. Great service, advice, and workmanship.

I had an unfortunate accident on the way home from work. I hit the pothole in Sundre and my suspension collapsed. Jeff drove past as the situation was happening. He gave me direction to get my vehicle towed to his shop and promised he would get to it the next day. The work he did was top notch, he got to my vehicle the next day and was finished the day after that. I highly recommend the team at Jeftec. Their work is solid and they're honest in the way they do business. Thanks for all your help!

Had my truck towed here after an unexpected breakdown,I'm from out of town so I was concerned about the service I might receive they were booked pretty solid but managed to get me back on the road super quick.

They were extremely thorough and with my truck and found a bunch of issues other than the reason for my breakdown (a weak battery and a wheel bearing going bad which I knew about prior)

I'm extremely impressed with their speedy professional service. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. I wish I could give Jeftec more than 5 stars
