Our family moved from Ontario to New Brunswick with the help of Shawn. Shawn was incredible. He was with us every step of the way. I contacted him WAY in advance of our move, and even though he had no guarantee we would work with him, he helped me for months before we were even ready to start looking. We had several chats over text and video where Shawn answered all our questions and really helped us get a good idea of what we could buy/spend. When we were finally ready to move, Shawn helped us understand every step of the process. We've sold 3 houses, and we were WAY more informed about the process with Shawn. He broke everything down for us, so we knew exactly what the legal situation was. We moved nearly across the country. It was very stressful, and things did go wrong but shawn as our realtor did everything he could to make it as painless as possible.
He is a genuine person and will do everything he can to help you. We really enjoyed working with him. And although it isn't likely, if we ever move again, we will definitely be calling Shawn.
