We were very excited to begin our selling journey with Nest Realty. Our realtor was very good with helping us get our house ready for pictures and listing.

Unfortunately, that feeling ended. Open Houses were planned but sparsely attended. When a showing happened, we had to contact our realtor to find out details from the showing; he was never forthcoming with information.

We know the market was slow but were very excited that after 5 months we had an offer. Our realtor got the job done but after we agreed on the price and signed the papers, we never heard anything back from him. Even on our closing day we heard nothing.

We felt like we had formed a relationship with our realtor but I guess it was one sided. Our house closed 2 weeks ago and we’ve never heard from him or anyone at Nest congratulating us on the sale. Lots of excitement at the beginning but no follow through at the end. A posting was made on Facebook when our house sold but we’ve never from them directly. Very disappointing.

Truly not happy with the service and the agents here.

When going to see this apartment we had a fine experience and got our application in that same evening. After waiting a few days to hear back (we were rushing because we only had a week to know and then move in and we were moving from 3hrs away) we couldn’t get a response. We offered a lower offer as the apartment had been up for 2 months with apparently no offers accepted because “the landlord was looking for specific tenants”. Then, the agent immediately hints at offering more. All the sudden we were told that the reason we didn’t hear back sooner is because the landlord was considering another offer which the agent wasn’t made aware about (I was confused because she was the listing agents so I’m not sure how she didn’t know given it goes through them)

Then we agreed to pay full price. The e-transfer info was sent to us but we had nothing written that the landlord agreed and had signed as well. When I asked about this we were told that we still need to send the money regardless of seeing paperwork and that once the landlord signed we would get it. We paid 4200 and still have not seen any paperwork and we have lived here for a week now.

The morning before moving in, I asked (at 11am) when I can access the building due my animals and I needing to go in and get set up. We were told the keys will be in the lock box at 12am assuming the keys were ready. At 7pm I get a text saying the key broke and we would have to wait until another agent is available to drop it off in the afternoon. This was extremely frustrating because we had movers booked and internet scheduled. They ended up putting the keys in that night… but didn’t send me a code which I didn’t receive until almost 10am the next day.

Then I’m told that another agent will come by to swap keys and that was 2 days ago and I still haven’t heard back so now me and my boyfriend are stuck with 1 broken key and main door key we can’t cut so we have to stop by each others work to get them from each other due to our schedule (this isn’t their fault but on move in day we realized the entire carpet staircase was covered in old dog urine and half the appliances didn’t work - I feel like they probably would’ve noticed this after “all the activity” they say they had)

I appreciate them getting us into the vacant apartment quickly but this feels like their first time doing this or lack of care because the sale isn’t great for them.

(after writing this review I was asked if I had ever given the office a call - Yes actually I did and the woman on the phone said "ugh okay let me give you their number) An actual ugh. You will see great reviews about BUYING or SELLING which I am sure are 100% accurate.. but it truly feels like the profit is not good enough with rentals hence the service we got.

I reached out to Nest Realty and was introduced to Paige. Right from the start, she was bubbly, honest, determined, trustworthy & she had such a contagious positive attitude. She helped me maintain an open mind with house showings. She exudes such positivity & confidence. She offered her very welcomed opinions & suggestions. Knowing that she would be “just a little busy” bringing a new little miracle into the world, she referred me to one of her fellow Nesters & she worked together with him to make my home purchase happen. It took a few offers on a few different properties before I rec'd “the call” from Paige who might I add, sounded just as happy & excited for me as I was! She was not afraid to tell us her opinion on every home and point out the pros and cons of each. Meg went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal on our home and even went as far as pricing out flooring for homes we were interested in. She was very professional and fun to work with.
