I was very satisfied with the service provided by neuHouzz when selling my home and purchasing a new one. Their service started with a realistic evaluation of my existing home, advice on how to best present it to potential purchasers, along with free professional cleaning. In addition, neuHouzz produced an excellent multi-page brochure picturing all aspects of my home. No big deal, you may say, … but it was! It was the best feedback I could get – if a viewer took a copy, then I’d know there was at least some level of interest in my home. There was nothing similar in any of the other homes I viewed. Now it serves as an excellent souvenir of the house that I lived in for twenty years.

My house was listed at the start of winter, so the initial response was slow. However, neuHouzz persisted, producing a steady flow of viewings until the right purchaser came along. During this process, neuHouzz provided any additional viewer feedback that they could obtain, as well as giving me assessments of market conditions. The outcome was that the sale was completed at a price that exceeded my expectations.

Things moved much faster for the purchase of my new home. Both Brenden and Sergej were available to ensure that I received very prompt service in finding and purchasing the apartment of my choice. They provided detailed advice, along with supporting justification, on setting a suitable offer price. In the background, their administrative office continued monitoring on-going activities to ensure that the necessary sale and purchase processing executed smoothly. Finally, upon taking possession of my new home, neuHouzz was there, offering the additional support needed to ensure my complete satisfaction.

In conclusion, I feel very comfortable recommending neuHouzz to anyone planning the sale or purchase of a home.
