As a client and newcomer to Canada, I strongly recommend this company. My family and I were able to arrive in Regina having a safe and comfortable place to call home. All the paperwork was done very quickly and efficiently. Lana is extremely dedicated to her clients and has the best units in the city. There is nothing better than entering into your new home and finding that someone took care of that place for you. Any time that we had questions or concerns, she was accessible and proactive. It is been already over two years since we signed our first contract and we have nothing but positive things to say about the services that we have received.

I am their client for past few years. The suites on offer are very upmarket with no hassle over anything, whatsoever. When I moved in few years back, the paperwork were sorted in no time. This place is also very safe, secure and walkable to downtown, shops, school and hospitals. All of the suites are furnished and when someone vacates they would take care of the cleaning. I thoroughly enjoy renting with them.Lana is super friendly and is available to assist at all times. Highly recommend this place.

Loved the rental suite and Lana is an absolute professional. I had a broken bed, and she was there the next morning with movers and a new bed!

Upon arrival, a ton of luxury ammenities were there (chocolates, wine!). Lana was responsive, friendly and always helpful!

Would rent from Lana and new leaf any day! Amazing experience!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They ghosted me after I moved out in June 2022 and did not return my deposit, even after acknowledging I left the unit in good shape with no damages. It took me almost two years to get my deposit back after fighting it in court. Stay away!!

Management of this group understands needs of new comers with family well and comesup with the most appropriate options as sugessions. In my case it turns out they judged so well - the place I booked was only for short term, and years passed I didn't even look at other dwellings to move!! with these guys, you deal with actual human on the other end - not a bot , not a dull post on Kijiji which you don't understand. They talk to you, well understand preferences relative to availability and geography then only come up with options in order.
