We are pleased to endorse the work of NewRock Developments, our journey started in October 2017. We found NewRock Development incredibly flexible and accommodating. How a project could go 10 months without any significant stumbling blocks is impressive! There craftsmanship and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. never cut corners and always did the right thing, which is resulted in the high quality and product which is now our home. We still marvel at how great it is. We are very happy with the finished home and receive many compliments on the design.

My husband and I worked with Trisha to purchase our home and really can’t say enough good about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with Trisha made it as painless and straightforward as possible.

The site supervisor Andy is very efficient and is on top of anything you may require. We have yet had to wait for him and at times he arrived at our door within minutes of advising of something as minor as a bolt needing to be tightened.

Between Trisha and Andy they did an amazing job at giving us our dream home we wanted. Both my husband and I would highly recommend NewRock Development to see your dream home built.

We purchased our NewRock bungalow in May. We are very impressed with the NewRock team that we dealt with. They took care of everything we asked for and kept us totally informed throughout the building process. I would recommend to anyone buying a new house to check out NewRock. The quality of the finished house is excellent. We had a few minor deficiencies when we moved in and they were taken care of right away with little to no disruption. They are great people to deal with.

I purchased a home with NewRock Developments and am happy with the decision! (Jodi - the lady I dealt with most through out the process) is super friendly, kind and patient with my 1 million questions and emails. I always get a prompt response and was able to move quickly into my condo without issue. Guy, the construction manager, is also professional and committed to his job - he took time out of his busy day and time with his kids on his day off to come and do my 1 year inspection without hesitation. There has been some minor issues (just like all new homes) but no matter what, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and decision to go with NewRock!

We have been in our condo built by New Rock Developments for a year now. And we could not be more pleased with everything. It was great watching our home being built from the ground up.The staff were so helpful in helping make color and flooring and cupboard choices. We love our location and have no outside yard work to do. We are very glad that we choose them to build our condo. They are very professional and were great to deal with .

We've been living in our new condo since September of 2016 and we love it. NewRock has some great programs to help out first time home buyers and the entire process was a breeze.

We dealt with Jodi in Blackfalds and she walked us through everything without hesitation. No matter how many questions we had, she was always available via phone, email and in person meetings to get things done. There was absolutely no pressure either!

We enjoyed the options for flooring, colours and counters too. It's also been nice to have follow up support from Guy, Bryce and Jodi to fix our one year (minor defects with the place).

I couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience. We were even left a bottle of sparkling wine and a card when we moved in!

BUYER BEWARE … NewRock claims to put care and quality into each home and build with a higher standard but those words are mere fluff. In 2013 I was so happy to take possession of my new home. By month FOUR the roof started leaking and while NewRock came in and “fixed” it, it has never truly been fixed. I have been having issues ever since and they refuse to take any ownership indicating this is now the problem of my condo board. They are a joke of a company and should probably stay out of the home building business until they learn what quality and care truly mean.
