Honestly, when I bought my first investment property last year, I was nervous. I came across Josh and Next Door Property Management through a contractor installing some new heating. Next Door Property Management provides excellent management services. We approached them early 2023 in regards to renting out our property in Durham Region.

They were able to guide us through the process of placing our property up for rent and helped us resolve all of the issues within our property to ensure that it was ready. Wherever we required extra support - eg. getting rid of large furniture, content removal, plumbing, electrical etc; Next Door Property Management team were present and available to support us through the process.

Their management team is extremely responsive with a consistent <24hr response time. They are well-read about landlord and tenant rights and their knowledge shows in their meticulous tenant selection process; and we have been happy with our tenants ever since. Next Door Property Management have their system down to a science. From property preparation, to showings, to payment processing, everything is streamlined and well thought-out. All in all I couldn't imagine renting out my property without their support. Thank you!

As a budding and up and coming property Management Company, I have nothing but great things to share so far. Not only have I lost my headaches of my last property management company with paying for services not even provided. I love that the owner is constantly looking for ways outside of the box to improve my properties. I can honestly say it has been night and day.

Next Door manages a duplex for me, they found two outstanding tenants and took care of all showings and vetting. They advised me every step of the way and directly take care of any maintenance issues possible reducing the cost of maintaining the property.

They're quick in relaying info and dealing with issues and I've heard good feedback from tenants as well. They are very knowledgeable of the rental market as well as properties and renovations and materials in general. Don't hesitate to deal with them I couldn't be more satisfied.
