I WOULD, NEVER, REFER, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY HERE. EVERE. THE PRICES ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, AND THE WAIT IS TOO LONG. TWO THINGS THAT DONT ADD UP. IF I COULD, TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME.... I'D FOLLOW THE THE ADVICE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME.... AND GO TO VANGUARD IN ADAIRSVILE... $5000 FOR A WATER PUMP.... TRIPLE OVERPRICED...TWO WEEKS TO FIX.... OVERPRICED AND TOO LONG OF A WAIT TO FIX... ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE... THIS IS A WEEK LATER, AFTER COMING OUT OF NEXTRAN SHOP. I IMMEDIATELY WENT HOME FOR A WEEK. JUST GOT BACK IN MY TRUCK... NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, AND CRUISE CONTROL ISNT WORKING. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THAT... BUT I DO NOW... TO ALL OF THE TRUCKERS OUT THERE...I ENCOURAGE U TO MAKE BETTER CHOICE... A FEW HOURS LATER .. I AM IN ANOTHER SHOP... NEXTRAN HAS MESSED MY TRUCK UP. I HAVE ALL KINDS OF ALERTS. AND THIS SHOP CAN'T EVEN GET TO MY PLUG TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC, BECAUSE NEXTRAN HAS IT ALL TWISTED AND WRAPPED UP... LOOKS LIKE TO COVER SOMETHING ELSE UP, TO THE POINT THAT THIS SHOP CAN'T GET TO MY PLUG... DO NOT GO TO NEXTRAN UNLESS U WANT THESE PROBLEMS THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED ME

Horrible staff in parts. Mechanic shop is a rip off also. They only stay open because people only have three options for buying Mack or Volvo parts.
