We had a chance to work with Greg while we were trying to rent and sell our home at the same time. This was a very tricky situation for Greg but he’s been very supportive and understanding of our situation.
He put a lot of effort into it. His communication was outstanding even with us being on a different continent. We felt safe with him and although we ended up selling our house - we know we would have had a great work relationship with him had we rented our home.
He was honest and straight forward about what we needed to do to become good and trustworthy landlords.

First of all I almost never write reviews but I am just so incredibly happy that we stumbled on Greg's company that I had to write something.

My dad moved into a retirement home recently and we weren't ready to sell his old condo so I was looking into someone to manage his old place. I found some great reviews for Greg so I tried contacting him - and thank goodness I did!

I was really nervous about making sure we would get a good renter and that we would have everything in order and Greg has been just a godsend - he found us the loveliest tenant pretty much immediately, and got the place ready for move in in record time. He even helped us get rid of the furniture, contacted excellent painters and cleaners and everything at a very reasonable price - even shopped around a bit for us. And it's clear our tenant loves him too.

When he told us his goal is to go above and beyond as a manager he is not kidding! Anytime I text a question he replies almost immediately, and his answers are always very clear, thorough and comprehensive. It's obvious he really takes pride in his work.

Having someone like Greg take care of all the worrying details of managing a condo had been such a lifesaver. We are so grateful for his help!

Bonus: he's a really cheerful, friendly, funny guy! 10/10 would highly recommend as a lovely human being and as a property manager!

He provided outstanding service in professional manner by establishing good interpersonal relationship with me as his client as well as my tenants. He is a great communicator via telephone contacts and emails, and paid a lot of attention in details. He is knowledgeable about the BC Property Act and regulations, and he provided professional consultation and was able to handle some complex situations very well. When certain matters arise, he responded and attended to the situations in a timely manner. He is totally reliable and I would say that you will have a peace of mind if you have him to manage your properties.

Greg was the property manager of the townhouse I rented in Abbotsford BC (Brighton/Polygon) for a two years. Greg's willingness to answer my calls about issues and they were handled promptly and with efficiency. He empowered his tenants to make decisions to best ensure the safety and calmness of his renters. If it was an emergency which was to be handled quickly Greg's instructions were get it fixed we will cover the cost. As a single person this was a huge peace of mind. Greg is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and competent professional in his field as he ensures the interests of the landlord are protected and any concerns with the tenant addressed promptly. Most importantly (having learned through a very unfortunate situation with an extremely combative tenant; hiring Greg just after the tenancy agreement was signed), Greg being the expert he is, agreed to oversee this very challenging situation after the fact and was able to de-escalate situations respectfully and with composure to ensure needs were met and boundaries clearly established. He is extremely well versed in the legalese of the B.C. Rental Tenancy Branch rules and regulations which is an absolute necessity. After this extremely taxing experience, I wouldn’t ever again attempt to manage a property without securing Greg’s services. Throughout this process he communicated consistently with me to explain processes, legal and financial implications in order for me to make informed decisions. There are significant financial consequences that could result when dealing with issues that arise or could arise should a landlord be the unfortunate recipient of a aggressive tenant. Had I contracted his services from the start I would have been spared this experience as he very thoroughly vets applicants. If you are not an expert in knowing the legal intricacies involved with tenancy, make sure you hire Greg as he is an asset who will protect your investment as well as preserve peace of mind.
