We worked with Nick in the spring of 2022 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers thanks in large part to Nick's incredible work. Nick brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created a lot of foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. His marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with first time buyers. Nick was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions. He was so responsive and is the kindest person.
