Nick has helped us purchase our first house and then later sell that house and move to another. He has always been responsive to our questions, concerns and needs and has consistently gone the extra mile and provided absolutely top quality service.

He has terrific knowledge of Manitoba real estate and is open with providing information so that you can make well informed choices, and does a great job of guiding you along the way, highlighting different options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We have never felt pressured to make a specific decision with Nick - he has only ever pressed that occasionally decisions must be made quickly - which he's 100% correct about! He will guide you through the process of purchasing or selling real estate like it's his own home.

Nick has also been extremely patient in working with us. In searching for our first home, we looked at over 50 houses and wrote a number of offers. Our second situation was much quicker and we were able to purchase a terrific home that met exactly what we were searching for.

In our sale, Nick and his team provided guidance and direction which made our house show extremely well. As a result of taking Nick's advice we had significant interest culminating in almost 50 showings and multiple offers.
