I met Nick on an open house, and after compared with other realtors I chose Nick as my buyer realtor . Nick assisted me to buy a condo eventually . Depend on his previous construction contractor experience , He could easily know whether the building material or the structure that the developer used are good or not , and could easily estimate the renovation value. His family or relatives also act as a contractor, or a developer or a farmer through out Great Vancouver area, that relationship given Nick a profound eye scope on every type of the property in realty market , and would always give me an useful suggestion on the market , location , renovation , rental and transaction procedure etc.
Nick also have a good understanding of deferent cultural , whether western or eastern . and could provide the suggestion accordingly.
