I can't say enough of how great Nico was to deal with. From day 1 to getting our house, Nico was fantastic. Smart, thoughtful, organized and diligent.

Not only did he work hard for us, he really refined down the selection process. He learned what our priorities were and was able simplify the whole endeavor.
