We just purchased a cottage and Nicole Boyd represented us. There is not enough praise that can describe how we feel about Nicole as our real estate agent! She is professional, yet down-to-earth, knowledgeable about EVERYTHING from septic systems, furnaces, grading of land, water systems, and so much more. Plus, her bubbly personality makes her so likable, approachable and just fantastic to work with. After just meeting Nicole once, we felt completely comfortable and at ease with her and felt like we had known her for years.

We were grateful for Nicole’s great eye for potential in the property, providing ideas on how the property (both land and cottage) could be improved. But she also made us aware of deficiencies that would need to be addressed and we really appreciated her honesty. Nicole is very well-connected in the Parry Sound community and provided contact information quickly when we asked for local contractors for a variety of jobs.
In addition, we felt that Nicole was amazing at negotiating a fair price for the cottage. She respected our financial boundaries and offered excellent advice on reasonable expectations. Nicole was accessible for communication through email, text and calls. She was organized and with a quick 3-week closing, there was much to do. But she kept things on schedule and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner.

Even after our closing, Nicole sent a couple to texts to see how we were enjoying our new cottage life. We think Nicole Boyd is an absolute real estate rockstar and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone.
