Extremely thorough:
I was a buyer and had no idea what to do at every step and what to prepare for, and Nicole made me feel completely safe for many reasons but the biggest one is that she's thorough. She helped to ensure I wasn't missing any steps with the lender, and anything I was unsure of, she would double check so that I wouldn't be put in a difficult situation. She remembers what you say and actively uses that information to find you the right home, I'm so impressed by the little details she'll remember and bring up when we visit a home. One time she couldn't come to the home we were going to bid on, and she went out of her way to visit it on her own time to make sure it was good for us. She truly goes above and beyond, I don't know any other realtors who do this to this extent

Highly experienced:
She also has incredible wisdom: Twice now she has helped us purchase under our maximum budget in the hottest real estate market in history (post lockdown)! How is that even possible? I thought I'd have to sell a kidney to get a home that I loved, but not with Nicole. I put complete trust in her and each time she fought (with professionalism) to help us get the best deal. She also knows proper etiquette when dealing with other agents which played a huge role into why we won the bid on one of our homes. Do not underestimate the value of a highly experienced realtor - your realtor's attitude to others can really make or break the deal!

Ethical:
She was also very honest to say when she felt a home wasn't worth it. She is selfless and truly wants to do right by her clients, and you can tell it's not about the money for her. We were certainly not her most high level clients, but each time she rolled out the red carpet for us as though we were. She wouldn't ever lie to you - she doesn't need to because she's damn good at her job!

I have a lot more to say but I'll stop here. Think carefully about who you hire - find one that is smart, works hard, gives good advice and does right by you like Nicole. You would be lucky to work with Nicole, you'd better stop reading this and just call her now before another client does.
