Nicole is extremely caring and down to earth! At the same time, she knows how to get things done in a timely matter and with great communication. She works hard and fights hard to provide incredible service & care. I highly recommend her!!

Nicole was not my relator but she did represent the seller/her friend who breached terms in our purchase agreement. The fact that I still think about this atrocious experience a year a half later demonstrates just how Nicole’s conduct as a realtor soured the entire transaction.

Nicole, your actions of confirming via text message to my realtor that my offer was accepted after we had been negotiating a price, and then purposely delaying/stalling and not sending over the required paperwork to get the contract signed at the agreed upon price, ignoring my realtor, so you could later respond back to tell my realtor over 24 hours later to instruct me (the purchaser) to come back with my highest offer as “suddenly other offers were received,” all to just get more money out of me is disgusting.

Fast forward to the closing date where I get the keys and you couldn’t be bothered to come remove your lock box prior to me getting the keys. I step inside the home, as excited as can be, to the sheer disappointment to see that your client and friend has breached terms in the purchase agreement by taking several items that were part of the purchase agreement which included all the window coverings. Furthermore, the state of the house was in shambles, holes found in doors that were not there during the open house nor inspection, tons of holes in the walls from your client/friend ripping out all the curtain rods, the garage door opener also taken by your client, the garage floor completely covered in cat urine and feces (you can already imagine the smell), the gazebo which was one of the items part of the purchase contact was broken (again not broken during the open house and inspection) and which I found out later you asked my realtor prior to closing if it could be taken by your client/friend, to which my realtor said no as it was clearly part of the purchase agreement so it’s evident they chose to break it since they couldn’t take it with them. Your client not only refused to return the items she took, but also refused to respond to the letter my lawyer sent.

You later informed my realtor you’d come remove the lockbox from the front door 3 separate times that same day, but instead you kept pushing the time back and wouldn’t show up. At 8:00pm you told my realtor you would not be coming at all that day, and to my surprise, I caught you outside with your phone flashlight in the dark at 8:30pm, at my front door trying to take the lock box off in secret. You were clearly startled by being caught and as I was speaking to you asking you what was going on with your client, you left me there standing on my front doorstep speaking to myself. Very professional of you.

Later on, you tried to act “remorseful” for the situation by offering to gift me a gift card for the troubles and since apparently your client (which is evidently your friend) was “no longer responding” to you. Not only did you never follow through with your words and offer, but you also ghosted my realtor when she followed up with you about it.

Fast forward to September 20, 2024, I receive a delivery you sent and was just weeks away for my 1 year anniversary of closing. I was shocked to receive at my home, a delivery of cookies you sent to your great friend and the client who was instrumental in making this a disastrous transaction and experience. Your cookies were the cherry on top, a complete slap in the face to me and to this day, I am horrified. I immediately called the vendor to advise them there had been a mistake in the delivery and of course had to throw these cookies in the garbage.

I comprehend that as a realtor you cannot control the behaviours of your clients, but you certainly can and are responsible for controlling YOUR OWN and in this situation Nicole you handled yourself exactly as your client, irresponsible and appalling. Nicole, you should be ashamed of yourself. Do better.
