We have worked with Nicole for several years and finally bought our new home in 2020. Because we lived out of town (400 km away), it was not always easy to schedule viewings etc. Nicole was super responsive, setting up multiple consecutive viewings at our convenience and was always available, going above and beyond, even offering to cancel personal plans to accommodate us when necessary.
Last year she assisted both our son and daughter, who decided to also purchase new homes in the Ottawa area.
