Excellent experience working with Nik! Believe me when I say that he is simply the best in the business. We have known each other for the past 3 years and were in and out of the market due to various issues but never was Nik pushing to do a transaction. His advice was honest and succinct, often intertwined with hilarious analogies that will have great cultural context (going to go out and say that the cultural aspect will be personalized / customized as per his clientele based on the great list of reviews that I can read here).
