I had an outstanding experience working with Nikki Kelly, and would give her 10 stars if I could. Nikki worked with me on the recent sale and subsequent purchase of a condo. She is knowledgeable, friendly, warm, helpful, efficient and maintains a positive attitude under all circumstances. The sale of my condo was a challenge, and I felt like giving up many times, and Nikki guided me and supported me, and showed me the path forward through everything. There were surprises along the way, and assessments to deal with, and she was able to work with myself and my buyer to come to a fair solution. With many roadblocks it took some time to sell my condo, but she navigated everything expertly and always gave me sound and practical advice. My purchase was a 2 hour drive away, and she took me to see so many places, and again worked with the sellers realtor to ensure outstanding items were fixed, and she maintained excellent relationships with everyone involved at all times. Nikki truly cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. I consider her my friend now, and will call Nikki immediately the next time I am selling my home. We met Jenn when we went to look at one of their listings and ended up using them to sell our condo. Just after listing our condo my husband got a kidney transplant and I was in Toronto with him. Both Nikki and Jenn kept checking in with me and their emotional support was much appreciated. Although our condo took 9 months to sell, not because of them but the market and issues with the building they supported us every step of the way. When we finally did have a buyer the condo we wanted was no longer available and Jenn pushed us to look at a one bedroomed condo, which I didn’t want but as soon as we walked in the door, it was like where do I sign up for this. She knew it was right for us before we did and although we had fell in love with other condos, now we have been here for 3 months we are grateful for Jenn’s push to buy this as it is just right for us and much better situated than the others. I love d that we built a relationship up with them both and so happy when they took time out of their busy schedule to see what we had done with the place.
