Nina was recommended to me as a professional and knowledgeable agent, who was very familiar with the Vancouver property market. We were new to Vancouver so we were not aware of some of the unique challenges to buying property in this area, especially during a hot market. Nina helped us to navigate through some very challenging purchase offers, and gave us great advice to develop our purchase strategy. She put in some long days (and nights) for us studying strata and PDS documents thoroughly to be sure there were no hidden surprises for us.

Eventually we were able to win out against other bidders without breaking our budget, and we now have our dream home.
