Excellent customer service ... and I mean truly excellent. Dealt with three different people there and all were complete gentlemen. They made it a positive experience and I feel that I was treated fairly.

I purchased a vehicle in April 2025. I believe it was Roger’s first sale. So he didn’t know everything about the vehicle but had help and did a great job. I believe Cody was the paperwork guy and that went very smoothly.
My problem is it is a 2025 jeep compass trailhawk and the cruise control does not work! The speaker sound switches on its own from driver side to passenger side so constantly adjusting the volume.

I have taken my vehicle 3 times to the service department and it is still not fixed! They tell me that an update is required but is not ready. No compensation given for this problem. The service team is friendly but I feel this needs to be fixed! It’s brand new!

They are aware that this is a problem with these new vehicles and I feel I should have been made aware at the time of the purchase!

Terrible dealer. Have had 6 1500’s and on my 3rd 2500. I’ve had various experiences but Nipawin was by far the worst. My wife and I were up at Tobin Lake on vacation, when we came back from fishing the engine light was on. I drove to Nipawin simply to ask if they could read the code for me. The old guy sitting at the service counter was very unfriendly and zero help. I asked if they could just throw the code reader on and let me know what it was and his reply was no my guys are busy and we don’t have time. I basically told him you’ve got to be kidding and that my engine is under warranty so I’ll be letting Ram Canada know they refused to assist me, to which he replied whatever as I walked out the door. The only reason this wasn’t a 1 star review is I called back and the lady that answered felt bad about how it was handled so I went back 5 mins later and Brent from service put the code reader on. Gave me the code and cleared it. Although 5 mins after leaving I then had my service ABS system warning go off lol. So now have no 4x4 and no cruise control to drive home from Tobin Lake and will take my truck to the best Ram dealer in the province Watrous Mainline. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

It was a great experience from start to finish! Dealing with Vraj, Jeff and Cody was simple and straightforward. They provided me all of the information that I needed to purchase my trailer with confidence. Vraj was able to answer every question I had and Cody made the paperwork portion of the deal easy and quick.
