We first approached Nomi when he sold our neighbour’s condo in June 2018. After an initial meeting with him about selling our ‘vintage’ 1908-built Mt. Pleasant home, we decided to work with Nomi. (My husband and I had lived in our house for 20 years, and having recently retired, we decided we wanted to move to Victoria to be closer to family.). From the beginning, Nomi was communicative, respectful and patient. He has an excellent team and many contacts that helped make our experience easier. We were impressed with the advice and staging that we received in readying our home for the sale. The promotional photos and video of our dear old house were beautiful - and all our friends and family thought so, too! Nomi and his assistant, Ben, were always available to answer our questions or respond to any concerns that we had. Great teamwork all round! One thing that really impressed us was that Nomi stayed calm and positive throughout the process. As selling a home can be quite emotional, we really appreciated this. When we received offers, Nomi went through each one in detail, no question went unanswered. We felt that Nomi had our best interests in mind at all times. We sold our house in about five weeks and accepted an offer that we were well pleased with. We were very happy with this result! During and after the sale, Nomi assisted us with finding a notary public and a mover. We found both of these contacts to be excellent.

From first to last, Nomi was true professional in the best sense of the word. He’s also super friendly, approachable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family and plan to ask him for advice the next time we sell and buy a property - even though we’re in Victoria now!

In 2014 we were introduced to Nomi via a bank that we had contacted to inquire about mortgage loan information. We had no intentions of entering the selling/buying market immediately, but had agreed to meet with Nomi anyway. Nomi was so genuine and helpful, that we ended up hiring him to be our realtor the same day we met him.

Nomi always made us feel like we were his one and only top client, understood our needs, and was always very open and truthful. Within a period of a few months we managed to sell our house and find a great home in the neighbourhood of our choosing to purchase. Even during the hiccups along the way, Nomi seemed to take on our stresses to ensure our first experience with a realtor was a positive one.
