I moved in almost 3 years ago. We have had mice since moving in have called the office and nothing is done. When I moved in dishwasher was leaking and took them months to finally replace it. Other tenants in the building or the cleaner have reported me for smoking which I don’t smoke, and when I tried to ask Sheila about this she became angry and would not answer my questions and hung up on me 3 times. Sheila also took it upon herself to decide my disability means I should be in a long term care facility and now she is trying everything to get me evicted.

Ridiculous experience here. I subleased a room off a person here from june 2023- march 2024.

The property management is horrid! Will take weeks, days, months to come and fix something. Dealt with a flooded toilet due to the pipes randomly backing up (literally random..me and the roommate at the time woke up to banging on the door at 5 am and to a flood of water in the living room from the toilet) it went out all over the wood floors. we reported it and the property management said they have no note of it ever coming back to them… what do you mean… we reported it…
Property management came and just gave a humidifier to dry the place. Never once came back to check if there was any damages underneath the wooded floors. Who knows, to this day if there could be black mold…

When the huge snow storm hit back in february 2024, the snow piled so high that the stairs were covered, cars were stuck and no proper snow clearing was given. Multiple people dug themselves out. In fact, tenants made a pathway, which was dangerous given how icy it was. It probably took them well 4/5 days to clear out the stairs and driveway. Elderly people live in the complexes and couldnt properly move around. Talk about inaccessible!

Will blame you for breaking or damaging things that were already damaged. Also will probably not come and fix necessary repairs to items in the building-Literally- for example, each unit comes with 2 washers 2 dryers, but one dryer and washer was already broken when i moved in and i was told that they have been broken for years. So everyone in the apartment was using just one washer and dryer for their clothes! If it breaks- watch out you're possibly to be blamed.

Oh and sheila yonker, one of the property managers, she has no class, will fight or yell at you if you inquire about an issue with their property. Will be nasty all around. She has no sense of proper customer service. I see the other reviews agree. Shes an old hag!

Be careful and avoid renting from them. Rent might be cheap but the experience will be lacking.

My experience renting here has been extremely frustrating. I pay $916 monthly, but the rent increases every year, and the apartment itself is in poor condition. There is mold, the heater doesn’t work, and maintenance requests often go unanswered for long periods.

Moreover, I've experienced intimidation from management regarding eviction notices that seem to come out of nowhere, making it feel like they believe immigrants are unaware of their rights. The lack of consideration for tenants is evident, and it has made living here incredibly stressful.

The walls and dividers in this building are very thin, making it easy to hear everything from the first floor, including footsteps and conversations. This lack of sound insulation contributes to an uncomfortable living environment.

Additionally, I’ve encountered rude staff members, like Sheila and Joe, who have made interactions unpleasant and unhelpful.

Lastly, I am deeply concerned about privacy. Maintenance staff have entered my apartment without notice while I am away, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Donkey and Shek need to learn how to talk to people. Good luck getting anything fixed. Management if you can call them that suck. Mice in the buildings and they dont care. STAY AWAY

Sheila Yonker is horrible Do not rent through this company. Poor management skills, and communication skills. Combative, passive-aggressive, and blames others for things being broken when it's not anyone's fault.

We lived there for 1 year. Good location, bad management (I was forced to pay for their mistake, they can shout on tentatns, they quite often forget doing smth what they say they will do), old houses that are not too bad, average prices. I managed to get my deposit back, because I made photos of damages on my moving in date.
