Not sure why but we had an initial meeting and had provided all requested information beforehand. Good meeting and agreed on fees and all. Was supposed to get a prelim offer within two weeks. Didn’t hear anything for three weeks so called for an update. Could not reach the broker by email text or telephone. The secretary could not help either. Never heard back. A total waste of time and more unprofessional would be hard to find.

This is a one stop shop when it comes to homebuying. We came here several times to finalize our house shopping. They are always there all the steps of the way to owning your home.

*Ambiance*:
wonderful place and very welcoming.
Olympia the secretary made sure to make her appointment as easy as it could be with our mortgage broker. She offered us coffee while we wait.

*Location*
prime location on Décarie , lots of space and very easy to find it. You can't miss it!

*Cleanliness*: It's an old rustic building that use to be a bank and it has that cool feel .. definitely unique office.

*Parking*
Street Parking lots of parking you just got to find an open meter.

*Service*: Best best best best best service. Trust me they really care about you and treat you like family.

We had Frédéric Pichette working on our file and he was always following our file each step of the way. He gave us advice everyday and made sure to submit our demande of pre-approval when it looked more appealing to the lender. He followed our credit scores , our down payment fund and our interest rate everyday and finally made the call to ask the lender for some money. He was Fantastic! Fred is a HARD worker and he deserves all the credit.

We used Michelle Marciano, one of the agents here and wanted to keep it all in the same building. She was absolutely AMAZING! She's tough and fast she work very fast. She made sure we got the house we wanted. I'm very grateful for this wonderful team and wonderful experience. House shopping here was smooth sailing and it's something that can be very stressful. North East Mortgages takes care of everything. They take all the stress away from the process.

*Cost*: It doesn't cost you Anything upfront..as their fee is handled through the back end with the mortgage of the house and the banks/lenders.

5+++++++++++++ I can't recommend them enough for all their hard work and dedication! If you're in search of buying a home trust me just give them a call they are amazing almost hard to believe how great they work with us for everything. 100% will be back again in 5 years when It's time to remortgage haha
