Chris and his team at Northern Luxury Property Solutions did a wonderful job of renovating the outside of our home. This was no small job. The scope of work included repairing the stucco and painting the exterior, filling the cracks in the concrete and sealing the concrete driveway in front of our home as well as the back patio. We also have a brick patio extension in the back and one of the team members noticed that most of the sand between to bricks was missing. He suggested that they could apply a new product that would fill the spaces. Additionally, that it wouldn't be costly. We were very impressed with the team's attention to detail and work ethic. Chris is also not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure that the work they do meets the customers satisfaction.

Buyer beware! ZERO stars - over sprayed stain all over the house and pillars. We have a wrap around deck so spray is all over siding, 5 pillars, front door, side door and walkway. It is not a minor spot here and there. Did not appreciate the tone of the text demanding payment when it hasn’t been completed (stain was still wet!) and did not honor the quote. When I expressed my opinion on the demand for payment and listed the big errors like wrong stain, hose left running out back for over 2 hrs until we found it (thank goodness) and increasing the invoice, Chris was very unprofessional. All I got were lies and then excuses. Anyways, pictures show a better picture of the workmanship.If you value your property, stay clear!
Was not in spite, it’s not about money but about principles. They do not stand behind the satisfaction guarantee and waive the GST to customers who give them a 5 star so do t trust reviews either.

The team was meticulous and attentive to details during the staining process. They unscrewed decorations and carefully put them back after the job was done. You could tell they really did all they could to maximize the outcome.
They kept in touch throughout the process and when we saw the end result, we couldn't believe it was the same house!
Chris was very professional and did an excellent job of our deck.
I would certainly recommend his services, and hire him again in the future.

Chris and his crew were very professional, communicating promptly and directly, did what I asked them to do with no surprises or excuses, and the job they did on the windows (exterior) makes me actually WANT to clean the windows on the interior. I think he starts with "work ethic" and proceeds naturally from there.

One week after I said yes, Chris and his team pressure washed and stained my fence. They washed my house as a bonus! I'm very happy with it. Super nice guys. Very polite and friendly. Awesome communication. The price was reasonable with no hidden surprises. When I'm ready to restore my deck, I know who I'm calling.
