The unit that my fiance and I are renting has been well taken care of, it is quite updated and it was super clean when we moved in. The actual building is well taken care of. Many times I have gone to do laundry or went to check the mail and I have seen the building being cleaned or repairs being taken care of. I like that having a powered parking stall is an option because our vehicle certainly needs to be plugged in with the very cold temperatures. Running into other tenants in the building is pleasant because they are super nice. Lastly, Kip and Sharon, the landlords, have been so nice and helpful! They were very responsive when inquiring about their apartments, prompt to set up viewings and very fast letting us know when we could move in. I like that they live in the building and have an office in the building so getting in contact with them is super easy. It is also always nice running into them in the hallway and chatting with them. The apartment's location is very convenient so I can walk to major amenities and I like how we can use the hotel gym and pool!

The Northland Apartments are clean, well maintained and serviced as necessary. They have created a welcome space in the lobby so people can visit if they wish. The managers, Kip and Sharon are available to answer questions, see new renters or deal with any concerns. It's also nice to be close to restaurants and amenities as well.

We have lived in the building for only about a month, but it is our first apartment living experience in at least 10 years - and having awesome building managers like Sharon & Kipp have made the transition so easy for us. The building is older (not as old as a lot in Red Deer though lol), but kept up to date, and so clean. It's a quiet building, and a great location!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience renting this apartment. From day one, my landlords Sharon & Kipp have been incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. The apartment itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and located in a great location close to everything you need. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they were quick to respond and always went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. It’s clear they care about their tenants' well-being, and they truly make renting here a pleasure. I highly recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-cared-for place to live!

I am very thankful to the apartment managers for giving me a place to stay in a time of transition. They were swift, efficient, and organized in arranging it and extremely cooperative and helpful when I moved out. It really makes a difference to have kind and caring people in this business. My apartment had lots of storage space and a really functional layout.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s been great so far! For it being such an old building Kip and Sharron do a great job keeping it clean and they’re always available to solve an issue when needed. Overall a great place to live!
