The best place to live! Everything works perfectly, every person in the staff is always there to help with an amazing disposition and kindness. Marjorie has been just wonderful from the start, solving every doubt we had, and helping us with every process. We are really grateful. 100% recommended.

Amazing place to live. The resident manager is amazing. She is so efficient kind and so professional. The grounds are immaculate and if anything needs repairs or anything they are so quick to fix and upkeep. I am so happy here it really is home!!!!!!

My apartment was always quiet.Never heard a neighbor through the walls. Well maintained inside and out. Marjorie was especially helpful the few times I needed anything. Very friendly too.

Attached is where I lived when I working and not in my fine apartment.

Lived here for a year, if I didn’t need a bigger space, I wouldn’t leave my studio apartment at Northridge! I loved living there. The building is well maintained and quiet. Marjorie, the property manager, has always been so helpful and addressed concerns promptly. She’s professional and so easy to talk to. ♥️ 10/10

An excellent place to live. Marjorie at the office is simply amazing, always so kind, caring and full of love for what she does. The maintenance staff are always quick to respond to any issues and acts with a high level of professionalism. The cleaning staff are always visible and working hard to ensure things look great too.

Managers, Marjorie and Venus were a wonderful help in the whole process of navigating the paperwork. A pleasure to deal with.
I have friends that have lived there for a few years It was them that recomended the place to me. I'm looking forward to my new home.
