I have been a tenant with nirthview mcarthy ridge regina for just over a year now. The maintence guy is great with getting to the inside maintence very quickly. However the snow removal was another story. The sidewalks were done very poorly with a sprinkling of ice melt on top of the snow covered sidewalks. The parking lot was only done in the middle and I was told that the parking stalls were up to us and it was a courtesy to do the snow removal
Last year the grass was cut only when extremely long and weeds were not pulled and looked awful
If I had driven by in the summer I would not have rented here
The outside reflects on the inside. This spring is looking like a repeat of last summer....so jot impressed
Then let's deal with danelle how is in the office and is in charge of the maintenance and other matters. Her customer service is. well how do is say. Not good. She is very rude, intruputs you when talking, gives nothing but excuses and hangs up on you.
The other units that northview have in harbour landing are extremely well grooved outside as well as the snow removal is taken care of....
Why the difference within the property's?
Only thing I can think of is it's more money per month. When I asked danelle about such she said that she would have to put the rent up $500. ..HMM seriously Although I would be willing to pay more monthly if things were taken care of and customer service was better

I have lived in the Northview Apartments in Harbor Landing for over a year and I am so glad that I moved here. Not only does each apartment have in-suite laundry, and have a balcony, they are very spacious. While my apartment looks out over the parking lot (which I like because I can see my vehicle from my windows), it also has a view of the back of the airport. I have always said that this is 'country living'. Since there is an acreage nearby that has a rooster, I hear him all the time. Also, I saw at least 20 partridges hanging out in our parking lot. So there is a lot of wildlife that are here that you don't see if you are living downtown.
The staff here are very helpful and friendly. So are the neighbors. The apartment complex is pet friendly, which I am so glad about since I have two kitties.

RENTER BEWARE: The apartments on Little Pine Loop are infested with mice. The building has shifted and they are getting in through cracks in the foundation. They are doing nothing about the problem and tell their tenants that if they have to call the exterminator again that their renters are responsible to pay the bill.

Mouse droppings in the pantry (had to throw all food away) and all over the apartment. Rent isn’t cheap here and no one should have to live with mice everywhere. Ended up at a hotel last night (at renters expense of course) bc the sound of mice running around in the bedroom under the nightstand was too much to handle.

Do better Northview and value your tenants more.

Clean and well maintained apartments in budget. Great views and lighting in every apartment with great connectivity. I will recommend it to everyone in my network.

Great apartment units in a quiet community. Close to amenities including Co-op grocery and gas as well as Walmart. Very close to food locations as well
