By far the absolute best letting agent on the Wirral. There aren’t many places that truly deliver when it comes to customer service and less so with letting agents in my experience, but Northwood really deliver. I have both been landlord and tenant of residential, agricultural and commercial properties in the past and found their service outstanding. Great due diligence and attention to detail in all areas. I dealt with Lauren Jones at the Wirral office and it’s great to deal with someone professional and customer focused as a tenant with care and consideration and always being on the end of the phone when needed. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely will use them in the future!

Would give zero stars if an option. More than doubled our service charge upon arrival. Unhelpful, severely overpriced for what they offer. If I was to buy a flat / apartment again, I would actively stay away from any properties under their watch.
Landlords seem to like them, tenants or owners don't.

Helen in the office was always very helpful and kept us up to date at every stage.
