I recently had the misfortune of striking and animal doing extensive damage to my vehicle.
It was my first time submitting a claim though Nova Ins. I had preconceived notions of some sort of daunting process. It actually turned out to be quite the opposite. From my first contact with the broker, through the adjusters, the whole process was friendly, professional and surprisingly easy. Settled in less than 2 weeks.
Exceptional customer service from the broker Jordin and the adjuster Abraham. I couldn't be more pleased.

Hi! I had recently bought a new car and forgot to move my insurance over. In a panic, of which I take total responsibility, I called my insurance agent - she wasn't available and I left a message. 10 mins later I'm in a panic and call again from the dealership - no response. I look up another office and call and get Jordin Corkum and boy did she help. Within 2 mins there was an e-mail in my inbox that I forwarded to my sales guy and whammo!! I'm driving with no problem. She was happy and polite and kind, understanding my problem and fixing it to!! You need an agent call her at Nova Insurance.
