Kip was very easy to connect with in all forms of communication: with phone, text and emails he was very fast to respond and reassure.

As this was an out of province purchase, we did lots of emails and E-Document signing and all went very smoothly.

He found local lawyers, insurance company and home inspectors. Since Kip lives on the Eastern Shore (Porter's Lake), he even knew the workers at the local post office and called them in advance to set up our mailbox key. Kip is a respected member in his community and this helped a lot in terms of connections to the professionals involved in buying and moving to our new home.
