I’ve been a resident at the Campden location since August and have zero complaints! The building is safe, clean, and well maintained. Communication is always great! I’m also impressed with the new equipment they have recently added to the on-site gym. I would absolutely recommend!

We've lived at Novacorp's Campden location for almost two years and have loved every minute! This company provides safety, security and spectacular maintenance. They are great at communicating memo's to the tennants and are swift to address any concerns. There have also been advancements to the on-site gym, amenities room and just has an overall welcoming feeling when you walk inside. Highly recommend!

Never again will I rent in a building that is managed my Nova Corp. Rather than provide tenant’s parking, they decided to hire one shot parking solutions to immobilize tenants cars. We moved out of our unit at the end of June and they neglected to tell us we had to be out of our unit early because they had someone else moving into the unit Do not recommend

Awful rental company. Customer service is almost non-existent. Was declined in my application for a unit that was cheaper than the one I ended up going with. Never been declined anywhere before in Canada (working college and university educated professional) and was approved for all of the other 3 I applied for with Killam, TMG, and Templeton (all more expensive). Wanted theirs because It was my top location. Never given a reason as to why the decline, superindentent was sure I’d get it and was going through next steps, I was the only applicant because they don’t advertise unless you call the building itself. Called Nova Corp to discuss why I was declined and to see if I had made a mistake on the application. Left a message but it was never returned. Money hungry rental company who doesn’t give a flying fart about people. Avoid.

Took them 5 days to forget about our application and decline us as tenants without letting us know why we were declined. Took Killiam 4 hours to approve my application.

As someone who has been through many rental situations I am shocked by the disorganization and miss information I got from the staff. I think they should try harder to process applicants.

Horrible company, horrible staff. never willing to help you out but always willing to do their best to screw you around. This company has poorly managed a building I own a unit in for 6+ years and I have nothing but problem after problem with them. I wouldn't recommend this company to any building owner and I feel sorry for anyone who has to be managed by them past, present or future.
