I lived at this property from 2019 until July 2025, and I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic place to call home. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the SkyTrain station and only 30 minutes to downtown. Everything you need is within easy reach.
What truly sets this building apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to the building manager, Brenda, who is simply outstanding. She ensures the property is always clean and well-maintained, and she responds to requests promptly and efficiently. The management team is firm but fair, upholding the rules equally for everyone, which made me feel safe and respected throughout my stay.
After I moved out, I experienced a family medical emergency. Although I was trying to clean the apartment before handing it back, I was delayed due to these personal circumstances. When Brenda asked for permission to enter the unit for some repairs, I agreed. To my surprise and deep gratitude, when I returned the next day, I found the team had already completed the cleaning themselves. It was an incredibly kind gesture during a difficult time, and I’ll never forget it.
Living here was a wonderful experience—from the stunning views to the exceptional management. I wholeheartedly recommend this building to anyone looking for a safe, well-run, and welcoming place to live.

Clean, modern and safe - the building, and suites are well taken care of. The staff are amazing, and supportive while managing day to day activities, and major maintenance issues. All work that impacts the tenants are very well communicated. I also have some pretty amazing river and mountain views. I've been very happy here (since 2018).

I lived at Novare for about two years, starting in May 2023, and my experience from beginning to end was excellent. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share because of how positive my time here has been.

The management team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Communication about maintenance and notices was always clear, and they often went above and beyond to assist me—even helping jump start my car once! A special thank you to Hana, who made my move-out process seamless and pleasant.

Move-in and move-out were both smooth experiences. The inspections were detailed and fair, and everything was handled with transparency, which made the whole process a lot less stressful.

The building itself is clean, well-kept, and secure. Overall, Novare has been a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and well-managed place!

We lived at Novare for 1 year. Our experience was not good at all. I would recommend not to live in a rental building which is managed by realstar. The manager Brenda was a terrible person, when moving out she did not let us go even we gave notice a month prior she said notice is only acceptable if you give it before paying the rent. The rent now on the website was 1900 and we were paying her 2200 each month. Parking and everything else is additional. Space was too small. They charged us 500$ for cleaning. We already got professional cleaners in and got it done. When we moved it we did not take videos of things, that was our problem we should have done that. While moving out she was such a stress, she made our experience terrible. I just hope she leaves Novare management.

Clean, safe building for my daughter to stay in while attending school. Staff attentive to requests. The Portal they use is very effective. Great amenities.

I have lived at Novare for the past 6 years in a two bedroom apartment. It's a very secure building requiring a fob to access selected areas. The building is kept clean and my few requests for minor maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly. The staff is great and the building manager is always helpful and accommodating. As a bonus, my views are spectacular. I plan to continue to stay here.

Long story short, it was great while it lasted. A portion of the staff is indeed good. The few others ought to be fired and hence this 1 star review.

Rude lady handled the move-out and charged approximately $600 for clean up. Her argument was that "there's no evidence that we did clean" as she picked up a strand of hair from the counter. The funny thing is that we did clean, but the other "managers" didn't remove their shoes while letting 5+ individuals (also with shoes on) visit the suite on a daily basis for 10 days. We have all that on camera by the way. Surely, the clean up fee this high is illegal?

We paid $3755 rent for one of the 3 BR TH units.

I have been living here for almost a year now, and I can only report positive things. The staff is very professional and does a fantastic job, and the building is always clean. In my opinion, Novare is one of the best places to live in New Westminster.
