Have been living in Oceanna for two years - from the very beginning: entered a brand new apartment. Everything is perfect: spacious rooms, central location in the city (300 m to the sea, 200 m to grocery store, very close to everything), excellent domestic appliances, attention from the management. Absolutely happy residing here.

Concierge is hardly ever there, and if he is, he’s often napping. The construction noise is absolutely horrendous. Constantly asked to move your vehicle with no notice, the mess left on your vehicle is worse than if you parked it outside, which you can’t because it’s all timed parking. Get blocked in or out of the garage because of construction, fire alarms being set off constantly because of the construction. Yes, it’ll end soon, but I’m sure there will be noise from the businesses on the main floor. If you are a sound sleeper, or are never home, this is the place for you. Otherwise look elsewhere. Not worth the price of rent either
