As a first time homebuyer the path to ownership was daunting and filled with unknowns. That was until Nic Wassbauer gave his initial consult and presented his information. We went over the enitre process, timelines and then set expectations for price ranges, key features that were Must Haves or Must Nots, neighborhoods and everything else in between.
