Looked around for a while for tires found the home town. Hannah was the best great working guys fast efficient quality they understood my situation and we’re very very excellent with everything. Highly recommend.

My sister and I broke down on the highway 14 km outside of Hanna. We were advised by James (the kindest human being who stopped to help us) to go to OK Tire to fix my tire. Mike was able to give us another tire to get us back to Calgary. He was kind, respectful and efficient. We were taken care of and back out on the highway in about 1/2 hour. Thank you James for recommending OK Tire in Hanna. And thank you Mike for getting us home safely. I strongly suggest going to OK Tire for your tire needs. They are truly the best!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and service! My family and I were stranded overnight in Hanna due to brake issues. Being a long weekend, we had no choice but to stay the night. We called first thing in the morning, and they were more than willing to have us come in to take a look. We needed brake replacements, and were two hours away from getting home. They made every effort to ensure our replacements were done in a timely manner, and we were on the road and back home by the end of the day. I cannot express our gratitude enough for the service we were provided during what was a stressful time. They got us home, and we would highly recommend them again and again.

Stopped to get 3 wheels re torqued on a cattle liner. Charged me $40. Brutal!!!!. Took longer to take my card than it did to torque the wheels. I wouldn’t recommend this tire shop.

Shop and reception is clean and organized. Owner Mike was more than helpful and friendly, as were the technicians. Know their stuff, and are thorough.

Pricing is more than fair, and the service second to none.

Would definitely return, and will nudge my company to use Mike and his crew while we are working in Hanna.

Travelling to Calgary last week and blew out rear tire 10 clicks west of Hanna. Wearing run flat tires I was able to limp back to Hanna and found OK Tire shop. Very rare tires (BMW 645 Ci) so no surprise that OK didn’t have any in stock. Dan (service advisor) was very accommodating and helpful. Mike was super. He stored my car for 7 days (free) until new tires arrived from Ontario, and then installed them quickly once I returned with the new tires (which were shipped to Calgary). OK Tire Hanna Alberta exceeded my expectations by far. Super friendly small town service. I unreservedly recommend OK Tire Hanna. Great people, great service, very helpful and accommodating. Jay

Title: Terrible Experience at OK Tire Auto Repair Shop. Warning..... I got scammed by them, they unfairly charge me $75 for a simple quote :(.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at OK Tires Auto Repair Shop that left me extremely dissatisfied with their service. What should have been a routine inquiry for a repair quote turned into a disappointing encounter when I was unexpectedly charged for simply obtaining an estimate. I strongly caution against visiting this establishment due to their unfair and money-focused practices.

When I initially contacted OK Tire Auto Repair Shop, to get a quote for my car's front axles replaced, they told me it will take 10 minutes and that he will require my car VIN to fetch the parts and check the system to estimate labour hours it takes to replace them, but as they were busy he asked me to come another time. So I went another time, and they booked an appointment another day to bring my car and was under the impression that obtaining a quote for the repairs I needed would be straightforward. However, upon arriving at the shop, I was shocked to learn that they charged a fee for providing a basic quote. This practice is not only unreasonable but also unheard of in the industry.

The fact that OK Tire Auto Repair Shop expects customers to pay for a quote is a clear indication of their disregard for customer service and transparency. A reputable auto repair shop would typically provide free estimates as a courtesy to potential customers. Charging a fee for something as simple as a quote feels like a deceptive tactic to make money off unsuspecting individuals.

Moreover, the cost they charged for the quote was exorbitant, considering it involved minimal effort on their part. It seemed like they were trying to capitalize on any opportunity to squeeze extra money out of their customers, even before any actual repairs had been performed.

The lack of transparency in their pricing policy raises serious concerns about the overall integrity and trustworthiness of OK Tire Auto Repair Shop. If they are willing to charge customers for something as basic as a quote, one can only wonder about the fairness and honesty of their pricing for actual repairs.

In conclusion, my experience at OK Tire Auto Repair Shop was highly disappointing and disheartening. The fact that they charged me for a simple quote demonstrates their money-focused approach rather than a commitment to providing quality service. I strongly advise against choosing this shop for your automotive needs. Seek out reputable and customer-oriented establishments that prioritize honesty, transparency, and fair practices.

I learned from my mistake, never put your guard down while doing any kind of business, I should have asked them before, do they charge for a quote.
