Attended a few events at the foundry room and the most recent, a baby shower. It was a beautiful building! I have to return to try out their coffee place on the main floor in the near future. Parking may be a little difficult to find if there were events. Reminder to arrive early if attending events.

Amazing refurbished building. The old telephone exchange building has been renovated and turned into awesome retail and restaurant space. The building is clean and well lit and really cool. The tenants in the building are unique and you should check them out, there’s a bakery, coffee shop, retail store, brewery, bridal store and hair salon. Come here and there is something for everyone.

Such an amazing hidden but increasingly not so hidden gem of the city! We need more buildings like the Oliver Exchange throughout the city that has such a wide variety of quality stores. From a bakery to a brewery and now an ice cream store to boot this building has everything you need to have an enjoyable morning/afternoon/evening, truly anytime if day you stop in it will be worth it!

I would love to see more shops fill the new spaces built in the additional building that’s now Olivier Exchange 2 right next door, such as a salon, a bookstore, or another restaurant would be great!

I just love this place, lot's of great shops, it does have everything from awesome bread and baked goods, to excellent coffee, Culina is one of my favorites and Odd Company Brewing has some good brew.

highlight of eddy. love the coffee love the building love the food. the seating upstairs is magnificent and i will definitely be working here on all my remote work days. super friendly staff too. pancakes were also fantastic.

This space is stunning and there are so many great local business in the building.

Oliver Exchange loses a star in my opinion due to the lack of plugs.

Very tasty coffee and very interesting atmosphere. I enjoyed to spend time there with my friends. And I tasted first time in my life bread and pie 2 in 1. And it was something wonderful. Thank you. 5 stars
