We loved our stay. We stayed at the condo for a month and it was awesome. The condo is located very centrally with easy access to all downtown spots. 100% clean with all that you need to feel like home. Recommend!

I stayed for about three months, my time spent here in Sue’s apartment was Fabulous! Very clean, like everything was newly furnished and no one stayed before I came. Had cable and internet which was a bonus, also was supplied everything that Was needed, paper towel, soap, and toilette paper just like a hotel, but the comfort of a home! Also was amazing to have all kind of shopping stores downstairs didn’t have to even go outside! Thanks a million! I actually can’t wait to come back to Toronto just to stay in theses apartments again!

I had an amazing 4month stay at Emil & Sue's place. The apartment is equipped with everything for daily need and steps from close to fresh co, no frill, tims, shoppers. Emil & Sue are extremely responsive and truly made me feel like home! 10/10 recommend.

Very clean, new furniture and appliances. Has everything you need to get started. The apartment also has a balcony, which is not obvious from the pictures and was a nice surprise!

The location is great, being only 5 minutes away from the subway. There is a grocery store and a drugstore nearby as well.

I stayed with Olivia's Housing for 2 months in between my transition to the city and finding a new home. I had an amazing experience with the company; nothing was too much trouble and they were such lovely people to deal with. If there a question, query or problem, Olivia's Housing were quick to respond/rectify. The apartment that I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous - a great location in the city within walking distance to shops and public transport. I'd also like to note that they're prices are fair and reasonable; you get more than your moneys worth! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Olivia's Housing and Sue and Emil. I was so happy in my temporary home that I actually didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!!

I stayed in this is apartment for six weeks. It was extremely well presented and fully equipped for a medium-long term traveller like myself who likes to cook. Subway station is right below the apartment and the range of restaurants and shopping options are excellent. The apartment was very well cleaned and all amenities were available. Emil and Sue are truly super hosts. There were minor issues which I reported and they kindly attended to them. I will be visiting Toronto on business and would definitely stay here again if it is available. Highly recommended for future travelers. Well done guys.
