This leasing company for Plaza 170 hired a lawn care/leaf blowing company. That company performed their work at 3am with loud leaf blowing machines. There is a residential area nearby, and their activity kept me up personally, for 1.5 hours. City bylaws allow noise between 7am and 10pm.
