Mayur Arora @OneFlatFee has been an amazing realtor to work with. After doing a bit of research and having decided that I would use Mayur/One Flat Fee to list my investment condo in Langley, B.C., and I have not been disappointed whatsoever!! I chose Mayur for 2 things initially – 1) the savings on realtor fees and 2) the reviews that were listed on google and his business website. Having said that, my experience and the service delivered by Mayur has been above and beyond!! After our initial meeting and signing the listing documents with Mayur on January 10/20, the place was listed on MLS on January 13/20. I forgot to mention that we listed the property with Mayur which was tenanted, and he was always mindful of the tenants and giving notice when arranging showings. We rec’d an offer on Feb 7/20 (26 days after listing). We accepted the offer and subjects were removed on Feb 20/20 and the sale was completed on May 7/20 and possession on May 9/20. Mayur’s knowledge of the industry overall is just spot on and never was there once that he did not have an answer to any of my questions, and this truly marks the difference in his professionalism and knowing his business. I have been extremely happy with the services of Mayur/One Flat Fee, the professionalism, competency, honesty and I am confident that we received market value for our condo. Also, worth noting that with current timing in real estate industry especially due to COVID-19, Mayur’s sound advice and help contributed to the sale, thus saving me time and money before the actual lock-down took place and am forever grateful for that!! I would recommend Mayur Arora/OneFlatFee to all my contacts, families and friends for their next real estate transaction and I have no doubt that I will be using Mayur to do all my real estate transactions in the future. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a service that will get your listing on the MLS and all the typical real estate websites like realtor.ca. This will give your home maximum exposure to the market while still be able to save you a bunch of cash by doing all the other work yourself.

I would give Mayur and his team 6-stars if I could.

From the simple and straightforward explanation of the two plan options on their website, to the responsiveness of the team day and night, I couldn’t have asked for more from One Flat Fee.

Remember you will still need to provide the photos, description, floor plans, and stats of the home for the listing, and also coordinate all the showings. But if you’re willing to put in that work, it’ll pay off.

We had about 20 showings total over a span of 4-5 days. Then ended up selling over asking before the week was up.

My wife and I decided to sell our town house and up grade to a larger more modern home. After meeting with several realtors, we where shocked at the fee's and commissions. The realtors wanted 7.5% on first 100K and 2.5% on the balance. We would have paid well over $17,000.00 in commission and GST . How that works is if you hire a realtor, they will put your home on MLS and start to market your home....on MLS. Your listing will then appear on every home for sale website in CANADA, including REW. You now owe that realtor $17,000.00 regardless of who actually sells your home. The only difference is now you must pay for two realtors. Your listing realtor...and the selling realtor. Basically they share in the $17,000. How do they share, well the selling realtor will get usually 3.22% or the first $100k and 1.15% of the balance. The rest goes to your listing realtor for what? Putting my house on MLS? So Im paying between $9,000 and $11000 dollars to put my house on MLS? This is a crazy cash crab. With ONE FLAT FEE you pick a package starting at $500.00 and that is it........your property is now all over the internet on every single website for everyone to see. It will come up in every real estate forum and property type search just like everyone else. You also get to pick what pictures you want of your house for the listing and you do the write up yourself about the features and benefits of your own home. You now only have to pay a commission of your choice and you get to advertise that commission on MLS. We chose the regular rate of 3.22 and 1.15% to keep realtors eager to show our place. Our place sold!!! Keep in mind most people looking for a house go on various websites and look. Once they see a property they like they go see it......and with ONE FLAT FEE your home will be EVERYWHERE!!!
But wait!!!.......it gets better with ONE FLAT FEE!
If you then find a property you want to purchase after your sale and
you go with ONE FLAT FEE as your purchasing agent......you will get refunded depending on the package you chose 50% of the new home purchase commission. So in our case we got back almost $4000.00
SO basically we paid about $7500 in commission but got back $4000.00,
we saved well over $12000.00 and that people is a heck of a lot of money! If your selling contact Mayur at ONE FAT FEE and find out for yourself how the program works. He is an amazing realtor and will go the distance for you saving thousands while doing it!!!!

We are thrilled with the service and the $12,000.

I used Mayur as a buyer's agent with the 50% cash-back package. It went great. He was very good at giving pricing and bargaining advice, and I was happy with the price we ended up with. He was quick to respond to inquiries and questions as well.

The 50% cash-back came as advertised, which is a decent chunk of change considering BC property prices. I doubt I would have gotten a better all-in price from using a "full service" buying agent. I'd recommend him for sure, especially if you do a lot of your own research on listings and comparables!

We worked with Mayur Arora at Oneflatfee.ca to try to purchase a townhome we found in downtown Vancouver. Mayur was friendly, but the experience was not the best. He showed up 30 min late to our first appointment and hadn’t done his research. For example, he was unaware of how long the property had been listed, the price history, etc. The offer for sale he drafted contained significant errors that luckily we caught before submitting. It also worried us how difficult it was to get him to commit in writing to the 50/50 commission split that his business is based on (he did eventually send a document to sign, after our third time asking). In the end the sale fell through for reasons unrelated to Mayur and we decided not to use his services again.
